Perfectly positioned and designed for coziness, our home is close to Huntingdale Primary school, Warrigal Road, and moments to the busy shopping strip of Oakleigh.
The Space:
Free-flowing interior showcases two bedrooms (master bedroom with queen bed, secondary room with a double bed), stylish bathroom and also an added laundry facility. Add to this a well equipped kitchen with modern appliances (excluding oven) along with an expansive and light-filled open living/dining area leading out to a a spacious backyard.
Other highlights of the home include split-system cooling, solid hardwood floors, and laundry.
+ plenty of street parking right in front!
Other Things to Note:
Please note that our kitchen does not have a functional oven available for use. All other kitchen appliances listed in amenities list are readily available for you. Please plan accordingly.
Ducted heating is under maintenance.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
