The Space:
The two spacious bedrooms with spacious built-in robes offer ample sleeping space with one bedroom having direct access to the bathroom while the other room sits adjacent to the courtyard.
Other features include split system air conditioning, panel heaters, European laundry, quality fixtures and fittings, secure intercom access, and secure basement car space.
Conveniently located in a highly sought after location and within minutes’ walk to University Hill Shopping Centre, public transport, trams, RMIT University, local cafes and easy Greensborough Freeway Bypass.
Nearest Shops - Uni Hill Shops, Bundoora Shops
Nearest Schools - RMIT, Parade College
Nearest Transport - Tram & Bus (Plenty Rd)
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire unit for the duration of their stay.
Other Things to Note:
The complex does not have a lift, you'll need to take the stairs to apartment unit and car park.
As of October 9, 2023: the refrigerator is currently unavailable for use and we are in process of replacing.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
