About this house rental

A designated historic 1925 estate with hand-painted ceilings, oak floors, and a private fenced pool — a seven-minute walk to Lake Park Harbor Marina and ten minutes to Palm Beach Gardens. Four large bedrooms sleep fourteen across 3.5 baths, with two ensuite primary suites, off-street parking for five cars, and a kitchen built for groups who actually cook together.

A century-old house, brought current

Most homes that sleep fourteen are new-construction boxes on a cul-de-sac. This one carries a bronze historic-designation plaque by the front door — intricately painted ceilings, original oak flooring, and room proportions you don't get in new construction. The bathrooms have been rebuilt, so you get 1925 architecture with modern plumbing and gigabit fiber.

It's one of the few surviving structures from Kelsey City — Florida's first zoned municipality, laid out by John Nolen and the Olmsted Brothers, the firm behind the National Mall and the White House grounds.

The kitchen groups rebook for

An eight-burner gas range, two full refrigerators, two ovens, and counter space for four people at once. Whether you're feeding fourteen on Christmas Eve or setting out coffee before the boat leaves, the kitchen never becomes the bottleneck. The dining room seats the whole group at one time, no second seating.

Sleeping arrangements — 14 guests, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths

All four bedrooms are on the second floor.

Primary Suite 1 — King plus a twin, with an additional twin mattress stored in the closet. Private ensuite bath. Sleeps 4.

Primary Suite 2 — Queen. Private ensuite bath. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 3 — Two twins plus a daybed with trundle. Jack-and-Jill bath shared with Bedroom 4. Sleeps 4.

Bedroom 4 — Two twins plus a daybed with trundle. Jack-and-Jill bath shared with Bedroom 3. Sleeps 4.

A half bath on the first floor keeps pool and kitchen traffic downstairs — nobody tracks wet feet up to the bedrooms.

Two ensuite primary suites make this work for multiple families traveling together: neither set of parents is stuck with the small room, and the twin rooms handle the kids.

Pool and grounds

A private fenced pool surrounded by mature tropical landscaping — loungers for the afternoon, a shaded patio for morning coffee, and room for a long table under the stars. Please note: the pool is not heated. It swims beautifully April through November; in the coolest weeks of January and February, expect refreshing rather than warm.

On the water, not just near it

Lake Park Harbor Marina is a seven-minute walk — bring the boat, book a charter, or walk down for the sunset. Sailfish Marina, Peanut Island, and the Singer Island beaches are a short drive.

Parking — bring every car

A long private driveway plus a rear parking pad holds four to five vehicles comfortably, with street parking available as well. Rare for a house this age, and the reason large groups don't have to caravan.

Where you are

10 min to Palm Beach Gardens (golf, Gardens Mall, dining) · 10 min to Singer Island beaches · 20 min to downtown West Palm Beach · 25 min to Worth Avenue · 21 min to the airport
