"Welcome to Columbia, a luxury Gulf-front duplex located in the exclusive Southpointe community in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This spacious three-level home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 guests, offering sweeping Gulf views from expansive decks and balconies. With an elevator for easy access to the main floor of this unit, this upscale retreat blends comfort and convenience for your next beach getaway.
The main floor serves as the heart of the home, with the living area, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space designed for relaxation and entertainment. A queen bedroom with ensuite bath is also located on this floor, along with a convenient half bath and a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.
On the upper floor, the primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower, and private balcony access with stunning Gulf views. The second guest bedroom includes a queen bed and ensuite bath, while the bunk room features a twin-over-twin bunk with a private bathroom. A bonus room provides extra flexibility with a twin daybed with twin trundle, a wet bar with standalone ice maker and a large TV, making it a great gathering spot. On the top floor guests will also find a cozy reading nook offering tranquility.

Stayed with family and friends. Nicely furnished beach house with access straight to the beach and a great view. Many bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen. Great balcony with seaview.
