Welcome to the historic Thaddeus C. Dickinson house that was established in 1904. Elegant, comfortable, open and modern, The Thaddeus is a fully-renovated flat that is in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington. Boasting a highly coveted location, you are an easy walking distance to absolutely everything downtown: restaurants, bars, shops, multiple music venues and the historic Wilmington riverfront and riverwalk. Sitting on the front porch allows you to feel the pulse of downtown, but is quiet enough to have some relaxation and make core memories. We have free on-street parking that gives you the downtown feel without the downtown headaches. We have 1 King and 2 Queen beds with 2 full baths. You are still just minutes from multiple beautiful beaches, making this the perfect location to visit the beaches by day, but still have plenty to do downtown in the mornings and evenings.

Very nicely renovated historic home in the heart of Downtown Wilmington. Great location within walking distance to so many things. The house was very clean and had everything we needed included towels and linens. The only knock I have is the mattresses were too firm for us (again, personal preference) and the other tenants in the upstairs unit were a little too noisy (not the owners fault). The owner was super responsive and gave out great information and instructions before our stay. We will definitely book this spot again next time we come to Wilmington.

The home was neat, and clean. It was very easy to find the home and it was central to everything in Wilmington. The rates were reasonable and it made the purpose for my stay less stressful.
