Kings Crown Update: This condo is ready for rentals as all items & amenities INSIDE the unit have been restored and/or replaced.
OUTSIDE construction & potential noise associated with work to the Kings Crown complex and surrounding units may be on-going through 2025. Certain building amenities such as the elevators, community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, complex landscaping, etc may not be ready and/or functioning properly for guest use. Pool and tennis court completion is estimated to be September 2025 timeframe without any guarantee. Updates will be provided when available. Discounted weekly rates are reflected in the current pricing.

No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
Saturday to Saturday; HIGH Season: 2-week minimum November 15 to April 30; LOW Season: 1-week minimum May 1- November 15. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

We enjoyed our stay in Sanibel. We have been looking forward to coming back since the hurricane hit. The property was very clean and well kept. I will add, there’s still a lot of construction and stuff going on in Sanibel, especially at these condos. If you’re OK with being woken up at 7 or 8 AM,you won’t have a problem. We knew there was going be construction on the island, but we didn’t realize it would start so early. That was my only concern. I wish we had been told ahead of time so we could’ve made that choice of being woken up so early since it was our vacation time and we won’t have another one for a good while. But the condo was nice!!! We enjoyed the beach, we enjoyed the restaurants and we would definitely come back!
