IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers you a villa located in the South of Ardèche in the town of Saint Alban Auriolles, about 15 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc by car, 10 minutes from Ruoms and less than 10 minutes walk from the river, we invite you to discover this villa with beautiful amenities, for a capacity of twelve people.
You can enjoy a private infinity pool open from the beginning of April to the end of October (12x4 in size) with its pleasant beach, its soothing environment and its fully equipped summer kitchen.
The villa consists of a large air-conditioned living space with TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room opening onto a terrace.
You will find a first bedroom with a 140 bed and two small beds, a second and third bedroom with a 140 bed, a fourth bedroom with a 140 bed and its private bathroom, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.
