About this house rental
Located at the end of a dead end road with the utmost privacy! This updated cottage is just a short walk down a private trail to Goose Rocks Beach and overlooks the river. There is a dock on site for your use-kayak rentals are available locally. Outside there is a yard and patio which features a dining set, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Enjoy dinner on the patio overlooking some truly amazing sunsets.
Nature lovers! There is a 1/4 mile walking path to an island adjacent to the property. Try to spot great blue herons, egrets, hawks, cormorants, and more!
Step inside to find a well equipped kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a screened in porch! One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the river.
Goose Rocks Beach has miles of white sand with a gentle slope to the water. A barrier island off shore protects the beach from rough seas and surf, making it perfect for young kids and families. Enjoy dinner at The Tides Beach Club directly across from the beach or Mornings in Paris Coffee at the general store.

Perfect spot for a quiet getaway. Easy walk to the beach. Pet friendly. Beautiful sunsets. A little small inside, but the outside areas make up for it. Will be staying again!

We just left a great week long vacation in Kennebunkport. Our property manager Nate was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. The check in and out process was clearly explained. Brenda was very quick to respond to emails and made the booking process simple and flawless. The house was very clean and added touches such as beach chairs/wagon, starter products, laundry detergent and coffee were all appreciated! Thank you Coastline for a job well done!
