Family vacation home 50 metres from Nourriguel beach

Less than 50 meters from the sea and a beach, we rent our family vacation home. The house comprises, on the first floor: • A large L-shaped living room with a dining area and lounge space, internet access (fiber optic) and television • A fully equipped, separate kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, microwave, toaster, etc.). A shower room and a separate toilet are also located on this level. The living room opens onto a terrace (partially covered) with a table, chairs, and a small garden. A carport at the side of the house provides parking and protection for the car. The first floor has three bedrooms: a very large one with a double bed (with ample space for a cot/child's bed), a second, smaller one with two bunk beds and a toilet. Separate from these two (accessed via another staircase within the house), a third bedroom has three single beds and an en-suite shower room. This is a holiday home that we use regularly, offering both comfort and the charm of a traditional Breton house. A bakery is located 300 meters from the house, and in the village center, a few hundred meters away, you'll find a mini-market, organic shop, pharmacy, restaurants, and more. Lorient (cinemas, swimming pool, ice rink, supermarkets, etc.) is just a few kilometers away, as are the Plœmeur golf course, equestrian centers, a casino, and of course, plenty of water sports (sailboat rentals, sailing lessons, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, etc.). Linens (sheets, duvet covers, and towels) are provided free of charge. Tourist tax is extra. Heating, if needed, is charged separately (actual consumption). Furthermore, a €150 cleaning fee (payable by check or cash at the beginning of your stay) may or may not be fully or partially refunded if the cleaning has been done. Finally, for July and August, two-week rentals are preferred (€1400 per week, €2500 for two weeks, €3200 for three weeks). Rentals other than weekly are possible (minimum 3 nights) outside of July and August and school holidays.
