The vacation home was built in 2020 in a small private vacation home community in the National Park municipality of Vöhl, about 240 m from and 30 m above Lake Eder.
The official path to the water is approximately 700 m. The nearest swimming beach, Asel-Süd, is about 4.4 km away.
For long hikes, you can venture into the Beech Forest National Park via dirt roads just 700 m away. The nearest shopping area is 10 km away.

The kitchen is modernly furnished and is separated from the living area by a counter.
