This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo at The Point sits above the Wolf Creek Golf Course with views stretching to Nordic Valley — an electric fireplace with customizable flame and ember colors in the living area, three full bathrooms for easy group mornings, and a private covered deck for sunsets over the fairways.
The Space:
1,800 square feet of modern space across two levels. The primary bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed, dresser, Smart TV, and en-suite with double sink and shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and Smart TV. Upstairs: a bunk bedroom with two bunk beds (four twins), a sitting area, dresser, workspace, and large Smart TV — the kids' favorite room. Three full bathrooms, a kitchen with gas stove and stainless appliances, three Smart TVs, private washer/dryer, and two sofa beds for extra guests.
Guest Access:
Full access to the condo and the private covered deck, plus the outdoor community fire pit — made for evening gatherings after a day on the course or the slopes.
The Neighborhood:
The Point, set on the Wolf Creek Golf Course in Eden — quiet, golf-course-front living with fairway views. Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes, Snowbasin about 20, Nordic Valley about 10, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Downtown Ogden about 25; the Side Winder Trail is close by.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for Ogden Valley. Free parking on site (elevator access). Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details. Pet policy available on request.

Overall excellent experience - host was friendly, helpful, and responsive and they provided a lot of helpful information about the home and the surrounding local area. Home itself was very stylish, well appointed, and clean - we definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for an great place near Powder Mountain!
