About this apartment rental
Cancelloni is a farmhouse consisting of a flat above and one below, a large fenced garden, barbecue and a shared swimming pool. There is also a free laundry room available for guests. Cancelloni can be rented as individual flats or as a single farmhouse on request.
‘La Terrazza’ is the upstairs flat with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace and large furnished terrace.
HOSPITALITY:
Wi-Fi is available with a router.
Animals are allowed.
The pool is checked daily by our staff.
Guests are received by our staff and are given all the instructions concerning the flat and the keys. For any other needs after arrival we are always at your disposal during your stay.
LOCATION:
A car is necessary to reach Cancelloni. The location in the heart of the wine-growing estate allows for walks or bicycle rides in the shade of the long cypress avenues. On the estate there is a wine shop where it is possible to taste the wines produced and pair them with local gastronomic products. It is also possible to organise wine tastings with our wines.

The estate is located in the heart of the Maremma just 9 km from the sea at Follonica, near the beaches of Punta Ala and Cala Violina and the art cities of Massa Marittima, Volterra and Siena.
The nearest village with supermarket, shops and pharmacy is Scarlino just 2 km away, while Follonica with more services is 9 km away.
There are two golf courses nearby.
The city tax is not included in the rate and it will be collected at check-out. The Municipality of Massa Marittima charges a tax per person (for people aged 14 years old and older), per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.
