This fully remodeled house in Bluffton is perfect for your family vacation. It has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The house is centrally located in Bluffton and within walking distance to downtown, making it a perfect spot to explore the area. The backyard has a covered pergola with swings and gas fireplace and is a perfect spot to spend your evenings. It sleeps 8 adults or 6 adults and 4 kids. For larger parties there is an in-law suite available on the property at extra charge (min $100 per night per stay) with a $90 cleaning fee. The hot tub is available for use for an extra $100 cleaning fee.

This stay was amazing. We appreciate the effort the host put forth to make her place homely! Every thing was there! I usually bring my own towels as people tend to buy cheap towels for these rentals but the towels were amazing bath sheets that smelled heavenly! I only gave less stars for neighborhood and accuracy of listing. Neighborhood-On our second night the neighbor from the corner house knocked on the door and ordered we move our car and park in the alley so she and her husband could park in front of their home. I understand wanting convenience but she was VERY rude and aggressive towards my sister and my cousin. I ended up directing her to speak with the host regarding stipulating parking rules to future stays. We also refused to move because of her rude aggressive behavior. Listing- We initially searched for accommodations for 6 guest and selected this place because of the in law suite. However the suite required a separate fee that wasn’t disclosed in the original listing. It was cleared up. We weren’t planning to pay additional fees and had already booked and made plans for the area. Plus we didn’t want to go through the process of cancelling and starting our search over. The host was very polite and responsive to questions. She also apologized for the misunderstanding and updated her listing details to avoid other misunderstanding.

My family and I had a great stay. We enjoyed the home and the apartment over the garage and both exceeded our expectations. Karina is the hostess with the mostest. Accommodations were just as described online. You won't go wrong choosing this property. I highly recommend.
