We had an incredible time stay at Sandy Pants over Fourth of July weekend. My friends and I have been coming to the Outer Banks for years and this was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. The house is plenty big for 10 people and the pool was such a fun addition to our trip this year. The location is perfect—a three-minute walk to a private access beach and a short bike ride into downtown Duck. Our host was prompt and responsive to messages and the house was in excellent condition when we arrived. We will absolutely be back!!

We all had plenty of space. The kitchen, dining, and living room held all 15 comfortably. The hot tub, pool, and golf was well used. The beach is really steps away. A real bonus was the bathroom next to the outdoor shower. We had a great time.
