Dedicated workspace, full kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom, washer and dryer. 55 inch Smart TV, record player, vinyl collection, books, music and artwork throughout. Exercise bike and weights. Spacious porches w/ plenty of seating and elevated views of the south side of Newport. Happy to accommodate however possible, just let me know what you need :)
