Trendy and modern:
The heart of the apartment is the salon with a bay window, corner sofa, large TV, fireplace, open kitchen, cooking island, and dining area with views into the park-like neighboring garden.
The kitchen from the Danish manufacturer "Kvik" offers plenty of storage space and is equipped with top appliances: a tall "Bosch" refrigerator with a large freezer, a "Neff" Slide-and-Hide oven, and an induction cooktop with integrated extractor fan from "Bosch."
The boudoir is the largest bedroom in the apartment. It features a box spring double bed and an en-suite bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a bathtub. From the favorite spot in the cream-colored bouclé armchair, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Burgberg.
The "Herrenzimmer" (gentleman's room) is the second-largest bedroom. It is also equipped with a box spring double bed. The walls are adorned with custom carpentry – modernly interpreted in the color scheme by our interior designers.
The "Gartenzimmer" (garden room) with two single beds offers a lovely view of the nature-inspired garden of "Villa Augusta." This room also serves as a passage to the utility room and the fourth bedroom.
The "Höhle" (cave) is a secluded room that can be accessed through the garden room and the utility room. The sandblasted natural stone wall and vaulted ceiling give it a unique, rustic atmosphere. It has a 1.40-meter bed with an "Emma" mattress.
The apartment includes a surrounding, covered loggia and a private terrace of xx square meters. The terrace faces southeast and gets sunlight until around 6:00 p.m., depending on the season. The outdoor table seats eight people. You can relax and enjoy the view of the Bad Harzburger Berg panorama in the hammock or on one of the loungers.
