Welcome to a small cozy house with a lovely little garden with fields and the land around the corner. The house is perfect for the smaller family or couple who want to experience Skåne in the best way. The house has a good standard with all the necessary amenities distributed over two levels. You quickly pass by the hall and step into the kitchen where you fix some to eat before the day's adventure. The living room and dining room next door are perfect for some game nights or for those who want to sit and read and relax for a while in front of the wood-burning stove in the evening. On the ground floor you also have the bathroom. The basement is private and closed to guests. Upstairs you have a larger living room with two single beds and exit to the balcony. Sitting here and having a glass of coffee or wine is not entirely wrong with a little view in addition. Further through the living room you have the larger bedroom with two single beds pushed together. A well-planned and airy upper floor with plenty of light. Outside the patio door from the dining room you have a large partially secluded terrace where you can enjoy the nice Scanian evenings with something good to drink and consume. You have barbecue, maybe for your purchased fish down in Kåseberga. Wherever you are on the plot, there is a place for you and your party. Imagine having the opportunity to experience all this nice thing regardless of the period you visit beautiful Österlen. This is a place for those who want to get away from stress and big city life, where tranquility is in focus. A few steps away you have a Gästis that is open for much of the summer. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderups strandbad and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very talked about Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Happy to also take a visit to the Old Bakery – Örnahusen, Fredrik at Eklaholm and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ales stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children, there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Sommarland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.
