No Parties or Events: No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed unless prior written approval has been given by the host.
Maximum Occupancy: The Property is suitable for a maximum of 9 people (8 adults with one child). Exceeding this number is prohibited unless previously agreed upon.
2. No Smoking Inside: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property. This includes cigars, cigarettes, and vaping.
3. Pets are not allowed on the Property.
4. No Street Parking!!! Please use the designated parking spots only; the driveway or fully parked on the gravel by fence
5. Respect Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. No loud music or disruptive noise is allowed during these times.
6. Check-In Time: 4:00 PM

We were thrilled when we walked in to Earth and Stone. It’s beautiful, open, spacious and comfortable …. And then saw the back yard! (where we spent most of our at-home time) There were yard games. a small pool, several seating areas and a large covered patio with the perfect picnic/card/game playing table. Our host was gracious and quick to help with the few questions we had. I would definitely return. We were only a matter of minutes (walking) from the riverwalk in Bend. My only suggestions would be to have a microwave oven available as well as ice trays. But there were many more amenities than expected. Our family truly enjoyed the accommodations!
