Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, experience modern elegance and ultimate comfort in this stunning 2-bedroom villa with a den/office, nestled in the desirable Lorraine Lakes community in Lakewood Ranch, FL. This home is thoughtfully designed with a spacious layout and chic decor, perfect for your next getaway.
The inviting living room provides the ideal space to kick back and relax after a day of adventure. Step outside to the private screened-in lanai, where serene lake views create the perfect backdrop for your morning coffee or evening unwinding.
The sleek kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and barstools for casual dining or entertaining. Adjacent to the kitchen, the exquisite dining area boasts three decorative mirrors and a long table that comfortably seats six, perfect for hosting family dinners.
The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a TV, and tranquil lake views. The attached bathroom features a large vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a queen-size bed and ample space.
The versatile den/office is perfect for remote work, with a desk and a queen-size pull-out couch for additional sleeping arrangements. The living room also features a queen-size pull-out couch, making this villa perfect for accommodating family and friends.
The Clubhouse has a state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics studio, splash park, a large resort style community pool, a playground, a sports court, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball courts and much more. The Bocce Ball courts will be located on the back side of the Town Center, near the pools. The pools at the Town Center will be open from dawn to dusk, following Department of Health regulations. The Fitness Center will be available 24 hours, seven days a week. The tennis court will be illuminated for nighttime play. Due to the noise associated with pickleball, play is only permissible from 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM; the pickleball courts will not be lit.
Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

We had a wonderful time at Patsgang! The unit was clean and beautiful,exactly as pictured! Everything looks new and well maintained. There was plenty of starter packets, until we were able to get to the store. The amenity center restaurant and pool were top notch. The food in the restaurant was great and they have a very nice happy hour. I would recommend this unit to everyone who wants a fun, relaxing place to stay!
