Nestled in New Smyrna Beach, this delightful condo features 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. With amenities like AC, WiFi, a hair dryer, and a washing machine, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in New Smyrna Beach.
Let us provide you with breathtaking sunrises along with the sound and smells of the ocean, right from your condo. When you walk out the sliding glass doors to your own small patio with a seating area you will see 1 of our large swimming pools with plenty of umbrella tables, chairs and loungers for the sun bathers!
Only a few steps beyond the pool you will be overlooking the beach that will leave you captivated your whole trip. You will only be minutes away from many choices in your dining experiences,
as well as only being a few miles from the Famous Flagler Ave and the historical downtown area with wonderful quaint shops and great dining.
Some of the features we have inside our newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo are our fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, all the cookware, dishes and utensils you would need; as well as a dishwasher for easy clean-ups, a coffee maker
to get you going in the morning and a blender for those afternoon cocktails!
We have a dining table that seats 4 for those sit-down meals that you may
or may not make. In the living area there is a large screen tv with ROKU TV and new, comfy
furniture such as a couch, a recliner and a reading chair. Here, are also the sliding glass doors to your patio.
In our Master Bedroom there is also a tv as well as a King-sized bed, nightstands, a large closet with all the hangers you need for your length of stay and an en-suite bathroom with an upgraded large shower, sink and plenty of room to maneuver around in!
Our second bedroom has a Queen bed with large dresser, nightstand and also a big closet. The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway before that room with plenty of space as well. There is a shower and tub with a large sink area.
We also have a large community BBQ area with plenty of seating for small or large gatherings. Of course, there is central cooling throughout the condo, we have a washer & dryer for you to use there at the condo, along with free High Speed Wireless access, we also provide you with all the linens, towels for the bathrooms and the kitchen area, as well as t.p., paper towels, dish
soap and packets for the dishwasher.

Property was well maintained and centrally located to where we needed to be. Unit had everything we needed for the week.Suggestion would be to update mattresses. They were both very soft and we had a hard time sleeping on them. The queen was better than the king.

Charming first-floor condo just steps from the pool, with a beautiful view of the ocean beyond. Peaceful, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable throughout. Features a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming dining area. The spacious king bedroom offers excellent closet space, with a very comfortable mattress. The two bathrooms, each with large walk-in showers were newly done over and very clean. We loved starting our mornings with beach walks and spending our afternoons swimming in the pools. Jenny was great and very responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend!
