- Bedroom 3 – King Bed, sleeps 2. Bathroom attached (Bathroom shared with Bedroom 2).
- Bedroom 4 – Two Queen Beds, sleeps 4. Bathroom attached.

Living Area: Relax and cozy up in the spacious family room equipped with a flat screen TV and couches that will accommodate the whole family!
Outdoor Areas: Bring some snacks and soak in the FL sun in the loungers. We do have a beautiful, private patio ready for your use!
Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure filled day.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
There are 5 parking spots available in the driveway. Please do NOT park in the street.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a desirable, family-oriented neighborhood, Golden Glades... in the North Miami Beach neighborhood! The home is close to parks, Midtown, downtown, I-95 and beaches! Check out Biscayne or Haulover Park. Take a quick drive to North Miami Beach and explore all that it has to offer -- more parks, beaches, and bays abound, along with a wide assortment of recreational, cultural, and dining opportunities!
Getting Around:
The best option is to use a vehicle for travel - personal vehicle, Uber/Lyft, taxi, etc.
There is the Tri-Rail at the Golden Glades station that services the area or park-and-ride facilities, which serve as a feeder for buses from surrounding areas.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
