No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed. 🚭 Violation of these rules shall result in additional charges up to 500.00 and any other damages assessed. 🚷Unregistered, unauthorized or additional guests shall incur a daily penalty (75.00) per child (150.00) per adult, per day. This charge will be added to your booking details and you must authorize payment within two (2) hours or face cancellation of your accommodation without refund of lost days.
*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a Ring doorbell which records both visually and audibly. There is also a security camera for your safety by the back patio facing the alleyway, garage alley entry and is actively recording 24/7 during your stay. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously.

Loved our stay at Urban Escape. Had great communication from the host. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The big bath tub as well as garage parking were so nice to have! Loved having the extra space on the 3rd floor for the kids to relax and give parents some space. Great, safe location in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this property and host!

I traveled to Dallas for surgery and we had a very nice quiet stay which is what I needed for recovery. Very close to everything while being far enough away from downtown Dallas. Highly recommend.

This house was great for visiting family in north Dallas. It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The host communicated early and often, and promptly addressed one minor issue during our visit.
