Great little spot for a small group! We had 4 adults and 1 child with us and it was good for a long weekend getaway. We stayed Friday and left Monday morning. Located in a great spot as well, where you're easily near stores, food, beach.

Very cozy and comfy place. Air conditioned, full kitchen, perfect for 2 bedrooms. Communication good.
The only very minor issue I had was the walk in shower. The lip on the bottom was almost non existent, so water would spill all over the bathroom floor while taking a shower and so we had to place towels there. But the toilet brush was also in that corner and so although solve-able and minor, was a little thing we didn’t like. Otherwise, fantastic place.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! The location was absolutely perfect - close to town, shops, the beach, and great restaurants but also in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and with great amenities - the beds were so comfy! Paige was a great host and proactive on communications. Recommend highly for anyone looking for a great place to stay in South Kingstown.
