This lovely home features a South facing heated pool and spa in the gated community of Solana.
The interior of the home offers a spacious floor plan including 2 master en suites, one upstairs and one downstairs.
The living room is impressive with 2 story ceilings making the space feel welcoming and bright and has an open floor plan to the kitchen and nook area.
There is a formal dining room as well as eating space in the kitchen.
Upstairs the home has one master ensuite and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
This is a perfect home to rent out as it has plenty of space to accommodate multiple families.
