Staff were warm: the front desk upgraded my room for free, and housekeeping kept it tidy daily. The room had a cozy bed, strong AC, and clean bathroom. Will come back and recommend it!

The hotel has an excellent location and well-equipped facilities. Butler 00 also prepared towels and tea for us. Moreover, the breakfast exceeded my expectations—it offered a wide variety of options and tasted delicious, and you can’t find a better one among hotels of the same class! Additionally, the hotel has a laundry room and a gym, making it very suitable for travelers!

This stay experience was really great. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable—having two pillows of different materials was a nice touch. The bathroom had two drains, which solved the common problem of slow drainage in many hotels. However, there was no place to hang clothes at all, which needs improvement. As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are quite new; my daughter really liked the gym and the restaurant. The afternoon tea and midnight snacks were warm and thoughtful, giving a cozy, home-like feeling. Parking was convenient, and it’s a hotel with great value for money around Panyu.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. What stood out most first was the front desk team—they were so attentive and patient, answering all my questions about the city without rushing me. The check-in process was super efficient too; I didn’t have to wait in line at all, and the staff handled everything quickly. My room was also really clean—they must take great care of their rooms. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Highly recommend!
