Molly's Apartment - 2 bdrms, terrace, parking

Dejlig rummelig lejlighed. Tagterrassen og den tilhørende udestue er kæmpe plus. Tilhørende parkeringsplads i parkeringskælder under bygningen er også kæmpe plus. Køkkenet er velfungerende. Det tager ca. 5 minutter at gå op til metrostationen, som er en super nem måde at nå ind til det gamle centrum.

Nærområdet er gråt, trist og slidt. Der er ikke gode supermarkeder og restauranter i nærheden. Men det betyder dog ikke så meget, hvis man alligevel tager metroen ind til byen.

The location is great! The apartment has a really nice and big terrace. Everything was comfortable, and the set up is interesting. Secured parking is a big advantage of this apartment. Communication with the owner was smooth. I would definitely come back!

The check in is at 4 pm and the check out is at 10 am. If I understood well, the reason is cleaning. But the apartment could be cleaned better (the floors aren't cleaned under the furniture, we found some dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinents, the ventilation in the bathroom is very dusty, spiders are everywhere, terrace and windows were very dirty). I really think there is a room for improvement.

Vrlo udoban i prostran stan. Super lokacija blizu stanice Metro i tramvaja. Osigurano garažno mjesto.

Velika buka, svakih par minuta glasno se čuju hitne službe. Od prethodnih gostiju nakon čišćenja nije bačeno smeće. Nismo mogli doći do kljuća garaže jer su prethodni gosti odnijeli sa sobom. Riješeno je nakon cca 1h.

Розташування було досить не поганим,поруч є магазини і метро за хв 5 від помешкання Зручно , що є дві окремі кімнати кухня і вітальня і непогана тераса (яка могла б бути чистішою ) Є підземна парковка, що додає переваги цьому помешканю

Вулиця тиха, але чути весь час як їздить швидка, чи патрульна поліція,дуже гучно, особливо вночі Найгірше це для нас була постіль, суцільна синтетика І зважаючи, що в той день було +45 ,спати на такому був суцільний жах З Каналізації в туалеті стояв жахливий запах В квартирі було доволі гаряче, хоч і працював кондиціонер , з ним спати було важко, а якщо закривав двері або виключав, взагалі не можливо Щодо чистоти теж є питання, зважаючи що час на прибирання є достатнім, враховуючи виселення о 10 ранку і заїзд після 16 дня
