Tulum Hotel zone - Soaking Tub & Free Beach Club

La struttura è nuovissima, appartamento super carino e pulito. La vera chicca di questa struttura è la piscina sul tetto, grande con vista sulla natura e sul mare, con anche ponte comunicante sospeso tra una torre e un altra, molto scenografico.

La posizione, seppur vicina alla strada con tutti i localini è comunque un po’ isolata quindi tornare a piedi con il buio anche se per un tratto molto breve non è consigliato.

Lovely flat, but unfortunately our stay was disrupted by a power cut and, after only a couple of hours, a flood caused by the boiler. We had to be relocated to another apartment, which unfortunately had less comfortable amenities. The combination of these issues so soon after arriving does make you wonder about the safety and general maintenance of the apartment. Luckily, our host, Cristina, was available and was extremely helpful in dealing with the flooding and arranging the change of apartment. We really appreciated her assistance during what was a difficult situation. The pool is also very nice.

The new flat we were relocated to was not suitable for four people, which was very disappointing, especially as the original apartment was booked for four. We did receive a small compensation, but unfortunately this was not offered automatically. We had to ask for it and send several messages before it was finally arranged.

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch, wunderschön eingerichtet und mit allem Zubehör ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Jacuzzi und die bequemen Terrassenmöbel runden das ganze perfekt ab. Der Pool ist ein weiteres Highlight. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, um in die Stadt zu kommen sollte man mobil sein. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war immer einwandfrei. Wir waren sehr begeistert!

Cristina is the best host I ever encounter. She was always available and always resolved all my needs in a effortless way. I felt very very welcomed. For sure I will come back! Everything was perfect!
