Villa Petric offers everything you need for a dream vacation. The charming stone Villa Petric is located on a beautiful green area. You will spend the sunny days of your vacation by the spacious pool surrounded by greenery. Outside, there is a wonderful covered terrace with a dining table where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings. For all barbecue fans, there is also a stone barbecue on the terrace where you can prepare your favorite dishes. But that's not all! In the garden of the villa you also have the opportunity to play billiards or table tennis with your friends.
The interior of the villa has a cozy atmosphere. On the first floor, where there is a living room and dining room, as well as a kitchen, wonderful stone walls will catch your attention, with the wooden details adding to the warmth of the room. The charming, fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare some of the traditional Istrian specialties.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people with two beautiful bathrooms. The cozy bedrooms are also furnished in the style of an Istrian house, exuding a traditional Istrian atmosphere.

The villa is located in the small Istrian village of Divsici in the municipality of Marcana near Pula. In this village you will enjoy the peace and beauty of the Istrian countryside. Only 14 kilometers from the villa you will find the first beach, but along the coast you have the opportunity to enjoy other wonderful beaches. Only 30 minutes by car from the villa you can reach the historic city of Pula, where you must visit the Roman amphitheater Pula, but also many other sights. Pula offers a variety of cultural and entertainment events, especially in the summer months. However, we recommend a visit to other nearby towns such as Vodnjan, Fazana or Galizana, where you can enjoy the culinary specialties of local restaurants and taverns. An indispensable part of a vacation in Istria is certainly a trip to the Brijuni National Park, but we also recommend visiting the northern part of Istria.
