Human scale, very clean, comfortable bed, near restaurants, shopping, and highways. cute!
Limited front desk. Would have liked to say the shower not draining well.

The bed was very comfortable. We received a free upgrade through booking and there was a walk-in shower
We didn't like the staff stating our room number out loud during check-in. There were other people around and it can place guests in potentially unsafe situations by verbally stating what room they're staying in. Especially for women or people with children
The walls are very thin and noise from other rooms can easily be heard.
