The bed was very comfortable. We received a free upgrade through booking and there was a walk-in shower

We didn't like the staff stating our room number out loud during check-in. There were other people around and it can place guests in potentially unsafe situations by verbally stating what room they're staying in. Especially for women or people with children The walls are very thin and noise from other rooms can easily be heard.

Standard heater a/c on the noisy side, but the room was well-enough insulated we were able to turn off heater on a chilly winter night and stayed warm.

Decent stay while in area to work

Location close to freeway. Base price fare. Clean shower, decent water pressure. Quiet atmosphere. Didn’t hear the freeway nor people walking in and out.

Floor wasn’t swept and very dirty. I found long hair strands. Water temperature would change 5 min in to shower.

Staff is always friendly & welcoming. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and nice renovations/upgrades. My absolute favorite thing about Dutch is their free tiny 🥞 pancakes for breakfast.
