The place was beautiful, clean and cozy. The staff was friendly . There were extra blankets and coffee and tea facilities.
never met the host, she did not even contact me. I contacted her to say I have arrived, that's when she told me she changed my stay to another location. When we got to the new location, we contacted her, but didn't answer her phone. We called the emergency number at the gate, and a wonderful lady( staff) opened for us but wasn't made aware of our stay..We eventually stayed over, breakfast was included in the stay, but the staff knew nothing about our booking so couldn't offer us anything. The host only responded to me the next day, saying her phone was faulty.
