The location is wonderful, it was like a little cottage close to the water and downtown. I went with my 83 yo Aunt and she loved the Adirondack chairs, she fell asleep under the stars for a bit, really relaxing.
It was perfect.

The location was great, perfect to walk into town and down to the beach. The property owner was responsive.
The property was not clean when we arrived at the check in time, 4:00pm. We spent the day at the beach and were looking forward to getting unpacked and cleaned up to head into town for dinner... and when it was time, the apartment was not ready. We had to wait an additional hour to get access-very frustrating. The property owner had a cleaning crew show up and clean as soon as I contacted him.
The space in the apartment is adequate, no closet/hanging space, small hotel sized fridge/no space for ice. No kitchen towels, not really a place to cook in. Good for minor cooking, microwave, toaster oven.
