Location was great. Apartment was as described. Very close to everything - perfect spot to unwind. Fairly well stocked - for what we needed. Quiet. We would stay again.
Cleaning could have been better - bathroom shower and floors were missed in the cleaning process. Owner communication was fast - but wish all info was available day of check in- including codes - not 2 hours before checking in. A book with instructions and suggestions would be nice - irritating to have to contact owner for instructions normally available at rentals we have stayed at.

The location was great, perfect to walk into town and down to the beach. The property owner was responsive.
The property was not clean when we arrived at the check in time, 4:00pm. We spent the day at the beach and were looking forward to getting unpacked and cleaned up to head into town for dinner... and when it was time, the apartment was not ready. We had to wait an additional hour to get access-very frustrating. The property owner had a cleaning crew show up and clean as soon as I contacted him.
The space in the apartment is adequate, no closet/hanging space, small hotel sized fridge/no space for ice. No kitchen towels, not really a place to cook in. Good for minor cooking, microwave, toaster oven.
