La ubicación, porque está cerca del centro y de los servicios básicos. El apartamento tiene de todo un poco, para estar 2-3 días es suficiente.
Este apartamento fue el que escogimos y pagamos. Una vez pagado nos dicen que la chimenea no se puede utilizar por normas de la comunidad. Nos dieron otro apartamento donde las vistas eran al edificio de enfrente, ventanas con ventanas, vistas ninguna. La cama se hunde por el centro y no hay baldas dentro del armario, había rincones del baño sucios, el horno tiene mierda añeja...
