L’hôtel est très bien placé et le cadre est merveilleux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein du Finca Victoria. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Le personnel est très accueillant ! Petit plus pour les lits qui sont incroyablement confortables.

Posizione, colazione e la qualità del cibo, staff disponibile e gentile, struttura accogliente ed elegante, ristorante interno molto bello, servizio parcheggio.
Stanze molto piccole per essere un 5 stelle, appena arrivati la camera non era stata pulita adeguatamente, aria condizionata che ha dato problemi durante il nostro soggiorno, manca la ventola di aspirazione nel bagno dato che non ci sono finestre.

Beautiful location
Staff needs a lot of polish and needs to work on making people feel welcome. Very stiff, no attention to detail, no going the extra mile- can’t even make a reservation at a nice restaurant which we ended up doing ourselves.
