Location is great for moving around by metro or walking. Good restaurants around. Easy to find and get to.
Be aware this is on the second floor and can be challenging for some to use the tight stairs. Apartment is small but has everything you need.

Location close to train station, metro Nice street
Not as clean as described. There were stains on the sofa. And a bad smell we opened windows then it was a bit better .
