Super-friendly location just next to the Lago di Garda
We felt at home as son as we arrived. The hosts are super-friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and the location just minutes from the Lake but basically traffic-free could not be better. We'd like to return :-)

Top Lage Shared Home muss man wollen!
Netter und Hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Man sollte wissen bzw. daran denken das es ein Shared Home (ein Haus teilen) ist, für diejenigen die damit kein Problem haben super und sehr zu Empfehlen, wir hatten ein eigens Zimmer sowie eigenes Badezimmer. Leider war die Matratze für uns nichts wir haben nicht so gut geschlafen, leider nur eine große decke für beide (dies ist jedoch nicht ungewöhnlich) dient nur zur Information. Ausstattung der Wohnung bzw. Haus war super alles da was man braucht für ein paar schöne Tage am Gardasee. Lage war für uns super 500m zum See, Einkaufen, gegenüber das Restaurant Belvedere ist sehr zu Empfehlen! Wir aßen dort 2 mal und beide male super zufrieden. Preis/Leistung Top.

To miejsce jest cudowne, właściciel przekochany, spędziliśmy tu świetny czas!
Świetna lokalizacja - 5 min pieszo od plaży. Przekochany właściciel, widać było, że bardzo mu zależy na gościach i tym jak się czują. Mogliśmy pożyczyć rowery i supa co było super niespodzianka! Kuchnia jest świetnie wyposażona, a do tego w obiekcie jest wielki taras, gdzie bardzo miło jest jeść posiłki. Gdy przyjechaliśmy czekało na nas wino w lodówce ☺️ Bardzo polecam!! ❤️

Alles in allem war es perfekt für uns
Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Enrico hat uns aufgenommen als wären wir Freunde. Es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist da was man auch daheim hat. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb des Sees, was gut ist da hört man nicht den Verkehr, der ja 24/7 ist. Dadurch ist es auch ruhig und die Zeit ist , gefühlt, in Marniga stehen geblieben. 😊 Der See ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß super erreichbar. An den zahlreichen Kiesstränden / Abschnitte kann man sich direkt hinlegen oder aufs Sub und den Tag genießen.Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Apotheke, Kiosk und ein Café sind 500 Meter entfernt.Eine Bushaltestelle ist auch direkt unten von wo man aus überall hin kann ob Norden oder Süden.

Perfekcyjnie!
Wszystko nam się podobało. Można się było poczuć jak w domu. Apartament czysty i pachnący. Wszystko uporządkowane. Bardzo miły, spokojny i serdeczny właściciel. Położenie w spokojnej okolicy, spacerkiem można dojść na drinka lub do restauracji. Domowa atmosfera. Na tarasie w ciągu dnia wyleguje się słodki kotek.

Soggiorno piacevole
Puntuali all'accoglienza, hanno messo a disposizione l'intera cucina pur non essendo compresa la colazione. Posizione comoda al centro tra Malcesine e Garda centro (quello che serviva a noi). Proprietari molto gentili, ci hanno fatto trovare la camera riscaldata e ci hanno permesso di fare check out tardivo, visto che non avevano nuovamente la camera impegnata.
