A unidade é boa, localizada dentro do hotel Transamérica Faria Lima, com excelente localização, mas precisa de alguns reparos. Tem uma cafeteira antiga que precisa ser modernizada por uma de capsulas.
A unidade precisa de alguns reparos. Quando cheguei, o sofá cama não estava arrumado para o terceiro hóspede e a pia do banheiro estava entupida, o que foi resolvido de pronto pelo anfitrião.
