The walk was only
.5 a mile from the water.
It was wonderful! Even when I was nearly dead ass exhausted I could still walk to the apartment so nice.
The air conditioner was great also! Walking into a cold apartment after being out in the the heat was really nice. It would feel so comfortable!
It could have used a tad bit more furniture in the bedroom and bathroom, dresser and maybe extra storage in bathroom for essentials.

Immaculately, clean, well a portion, and close to the beach
It was a fairly small apartment so it was a little bit crowded with three people, but not terrible
