La ubicación es excelente, en una calle comercial a 5 minutos andando del Drago, el alojamiento esta perfecto, todos los muebles estan nuevos, nosotros estuvimos una semana muy cómodos
Estuvimos en Agosto y no tiene aire acondicionado, tenía un ventilador y nos pudimos apañar, pero hace calor

El alojamiento es muy cómodo, acogedor, estaba limpio, insonorizado. El anfitrión cuidó cada detalle. Está ubicado en el centro de Icod de los Vinos. Es fácil encontrar aparcamiento gratuito cerca del apartamento. Hay tiendas y cafeterías cerca.

Wir hatten das Apartment Nummer eins. Hell, freundlich, und modern ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Direkt nebenan waren unsere Freunde untergebracht. Das Apartment kostete 60 € pro Nacht. Das empfanden wir als sehr günstig. Es liegt sehr zentral. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Pedro war super freundlich und hat uns gut betreut.
Das Apartment hat ein großes nicht isoliertes Fenster. Es liegt direkt an einer starkbefahrenen Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte sich Ohropax einpacken. Es hat keinen Balkon. Der Parkplatz ist fußläufig 10 Minuten entfernt.

La propreté des lieux. L'équipement de l'appartement.
Attendre 1h30 le propriétaire, pas de vraie fenêtre, canapé lit confort moyen, il était annoncé "une bouteille de vin offerte" nous ne l'avons pas vue. Et enfin l'enfer pour arriver a garer la voiture gratuitement et toujours a plus de 500m de l'appartement.
