Das Appartement ist gepflegt, hat eine sehr gute Größe und 2 tolle Bäder. Vom Balkon aus kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen und sitzt unter einem phänomenalen Sternenhimmel. Der Vermieter ist sehr engagiert, reagiert schnell auf Nachfragen und bietet sogar frische Handtücher und Wäsche an. Fussläufig gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Pizzaimbiss ( sehr lecker) und auch ein Restaurant. Parken vor dem Haus ist kein Problem. Großes Plus: Fliegengitter und Fensterläden (Verdunklung) an allen Fenstern, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich. Wlan funktioniert problemlos. Die Lage ist ideal. In kurzer Zeit ist man am Strand oder in Iglesias, empfehlenswert ist auch ein Besuch von Portoscuso. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
Leider ist kein Klimagerät im zweiten Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Der Strom hat sich ein paar Mal verabschiedet. Das ist allerdings ein bekanntes Problem und man bekommt eine Anleitung, wie es behoben werden kann. Die Küche benötigt ein cleanup (Backofen und Dunstabzug) und eine etwas ansprechendere Ausstattung.

L’appartamento era fresco nonostante fosse fine maggio e molto caldo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.
