Ascenseur souvent en panne et voisin du dessus très bruyant

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement idéal, calme et à proximité du vieux port, du quartier du panier et des terrasses du port. L'appartement est très lumineux, grand et spacieux. Très beau, décoré avec goût. L'hôte est disponible à la moindre question. Sèche cheveu, draps propre, serviettes propres.

- l'équipe de ménage n'est pas hyper efficace - pas de plaque dans le four / poêle très abîmé mais l'hôte a pris connaissance, et tout devrait être parfait pour les prochaines location.

The check-in/check-out time was not at all well done: on check-out day, we receive a call from the host, we answer saying that we will be a bit later for the check-out and his answer is "No problem", BUT few minutes later the incoming host of the following stay knocks at our door saying she has to do the check-in! Even before the cleaning service (which arrived in the meanwhile, very very unpolite) and this was really unfair considering also that our check-in had been at 3pm even if we asked to make it a bit earlier, at the contrary, the incoming host was doing the cjeck-in at 10:30 am...Why??!
