A lovely, modern house in a quiet location, yet within a short walking distance from a small Spar supermarket, a small bar and a very good Italian (!) restaurant Vespino Veccio. Beautiful and well-kept, kilometres long seaside pavement for jogging and walking starts nearby and there is a very quiet beach to the left from the house - perfect for a morning dip - and livelier ones with restaurants and bars towards Ingles and Maspalomas. We found parking easily following manager Silvia's excellent instructions. Silvia's customer service was excellent all the way.
The house itself is nicely decorated with a modern style and some beach style features. It has a large balcony and private small sun terrace below, two bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking gadgests, pots and pans and nice dishes. Also good laundry facilities. Ine of the best kitchen equipment ever.
And the view: it's difficult to find a better one!
We liked everything. Well, locks and keys were somewhat challenging - there were many - but we learned day by day. 😂
