The location is great near the University and bus routes. Plenty of shops for food. A very clean and quiet room, with fridge, kettle, tv and ac. With a nice bathroom. Outside was a balcony and a drying stand. The park is only a short walk and is a must to visit.

The cleaning lady is nice, she uses google translate to communicate which works fine. The bed was comfortable. The shower has warm water. They give you towels and have shower gel. The airco works well and theres lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance

I went here because it scored 9+ on Booking but I dont understand the high rating. The apartment is ok but not amazing. Reasonably clean but not the cleanest. Did see some spider webs and womens hairs. The apartment is very far from the city centre, its 30 mins by car and 90 mins with public transport. The address they give you is not correct, it gives you an address near the water where cars cant reach so I had to walk with my suitcases just to find out its in another location. Its about 7 minutes walk from that place but I spend 30 minutes walking with suitcases in the heat because I couldnt find it and had to wait for the owner to pick up the phone. I have linked the address now on Grab so future guests should be able to find it now. The apartment is located in an alley that didnt feel comfortable to me. Men tried to approach me in a weird way several times in this neighbourhood. This is my first time in bangkok I dont know if this happens in all areas. The alley is very noisy during the day but also during the night. Its coming from some machines or airconditioning from other buildings. In the refrigerator was 2 waterbottles that already had been opened. When I arrived I had to pay 300 baht deposit, this was not communicated up front. They give it back when you leave
