Luxury Hotel & Spa Milan 38 Sunset Town Hotel Phu Quoc

Very close to the center

The room key was a little tricky to get a hang of at first. This is because the electronic key was in repair during our stay.

The location was great, and the room looked just like the pictures. The pillow was a bit too high and firm for my liking, but it was no big deal. The host/manager was wonderful—always greeting us whenever we walked by, super helpful with anything we needed, and just made us feel welcome. It’s a fantastic area to stay in!

Softer pillows, but still a great hotel

हमें बालकनी से दिखने वाला नज़ारा बहुत पसंद आया। कमरे से आतिशबाज़ी देखना हमारे पूरे सफ़र का सबसे यादगार अनुभव था।

nice room, great location, balcony views of nightly fireworks, and convenient scooter rentals.

We arrived around 7 PM and our Grab dropped us at the listed address, which turned out not to be the actual hotel. A woman nearby directed us to the correct location up a flight of stairs. At check-in, we were told the hotel was overbooked and asked to stay at their other sea-view property for two nights, then move back. After we declined, the story changed and it was framed as a “nice surprise,” with the offer reduced to one night. Despite this, we were eventually given a room at the original hotel, which was confusing. It’s a standard stay with no daily housekeeping—no bed making, bottled water, or regular towel changes. We received fresh towels and bottled water when requested.
