    Horrible and uncomfortable
    good location
Very dirty, shared bathrooms NEVER cleaned, absolutely disgusting, no basin to wash hands. Rooms are so so small, they basically put up fake walls in a large upper floor of a house and made them as tiny as possible to fit in as many people. twin beds were so uncomfortable. no natural light at all. Fan didn't spin so one bed was unusable as it was just so so hot. couldn't sleep. Rather go somewhere where they care about their property and their customers.

Couldn’t leave quick enough, worst place I’ve ever been for 20 minutes
Not a single thing, I couldn’t leave quick enough
Absolutely horrific stay. I had low expectations for a low-budget stay, but this is the first accommodation I have ever left in two years of backpacking Asia. It was essentially one room with plywood dividers and prison beds. The mattresses had springs sticking out of them, and my bed had dried vomit under the pillow. The other bed had the previous occupants makeup on the sheets, and suspicious stains I did not wish to inspect any closer. Everything was filthy, including the floor. It was also very loud as there was no privacy. Our “room” (section? partition?) shared a door with the smoking balcony, and smelled very bad. It was ridiculously hot and the other occupants were forced to keep their doors open due to the lack of airflow. There’s only one aircon for the whole floor, the the dividers make it inefficient. The smell of cigarette smoke, sweaty bodies, and unwashed sheets was overwhelming. I cannot rate the bathroom conditions as I didn’t look. We stayed for less than twenty minutes, checking out before we had even sourced a new accommodation. Our neighbours applauded us when we left, saying they regretted not doing the same. I don’t understand how this place has good reviews, as it was dirty, hot, and unpleasant. Budget stay or not, this was completely unacceptable. The owner did not seem surprised when we checked out immediately.

For that kind of money, everything is fine
The location is great for us - 5-10 minutes walk from the pier, there are many shops and a night market nearby. You can rent a motorbike near the hotel for 250 baht per day and move freely around the island. The accommodation is very simple - there are two beds, a fan and towels in the room. It was hot at night sometimes. The walls of the room are almost cardboard, the neighbors can be heard, but you can always negotiate for silence. The mattresses in the rooms are hard, but for such a cheap price it is a great option to stay even for a week. The owner is a very friendly person, he left the best impressions. The price-quality ratio is worth it. There is a kitchen downstairs where you can have breakfast. There is a kettle with boiling water and a shared fridge.

Okay for a one night stay if you want to be close to the pier
The owner is fantastic. Works hard, very pleasant. The hotel is in a great location if you want to be near the pier and walking street. Also many restaurants nearby.
Unfortunately the hotel needs some new beds and bedding. The springs are coming out of the mattresses making it incredibly uncomfortable. The balcony had no chairs and it is unbearably hot in the rooms even though there is a fan.

    Basic
Room was quiet and location. The old gentleman owner was friendly and pleasant. Location very close to walking st. Affordable but only stay 1 night.
I think there are some things that could do with improving. There is no soap in the bathrooms , the rooms are not fully separate as there are some gaps in the wall. I got a lot of mosquito bites over night. The mattress was very springy and definitely needs replacing. The shower wasnt hot. I'm giving this as constructive feedback as the old man was nice and I want him to have business.

    very uncomfortable, barely slept
    Cheap
Location was incorrect, much closer to the pier than the beach. Beds were very uncomfortable and sheets had holes. The provided blanket was like a rag, had to use towels as blankets. Room had no windows and the wall/divider was super thin and didn’t even reach all the way up to the ceiling so you could hear exactly what was going on in the room next door
