This is, for us, a good location as we like a good walk. Not for those who have mobility issues or don’t like a good walk unless you have a car - it is 15 minutes walk to supermarket & shops or 30 minutes to Corralejo harbour area. Has a good range of equipment, including hair dryer which is not listed in their facilities list. Balcony is great as it faces the afternoon/evening sun with chairs and good quality sun beds. Pool area is nice with plentiful supply of good quality sunbeds.
TV has to be the smallest I’ve seen for many years - though it is smart. One bed side light didn’t work though agreed with booking contact to resolve once we had left. There is a safe though doesn’t work - disappointing as all of the many apartments we’ve used in Fuerteventura have had this important facility.

This is a great apartment, nicely appointed, in a great location with a nice terrace and unspoiled views of the volcanos. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Big beaches only 20 minutes by walking or just 5 minutes by car. I would definitely use it again.
