Lack of preper AC system was definitely a major disadvantage during our stay.
In general apratment was clean and situated close to the beach (100-200 meters). Property's administration was doing their best to be responsive to our requests and notifications.
1. Although air condinioning was indicated among other convemiences in fact there was no AC spit systmem that is normally expected. Instead property's administration suggested to use portable AC unit wich requires to keep windows open. Its far from what we expected in terms of comfort. And AC existence was one of main selection criteria for the apartment. I recommend to check this with owner before booking an apartment. 2. Rubbish bin was not in apartment when we arrived. It is basic thing and should be always at place. Hopefuly property's administration could arrange it soon once we notified them. 3. Shutters in bedroom was broken by previous lessee. Landlor was already notified but could not arrange a repair by the moment we arrived.

Grande bilocale fuori dal centro
La casa è molto spaziosa, pur essendo un bilocale è adatta a 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Si trova fuori dal centro, a circa un km. Noi ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi tra Pietra Ligure e Loano. Il palazzo è silenzioso, dotato di parcheggio e con grandi balconi. È stato ristrutturato. Sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno anche lasciato più tempo per il check-out vista l'assenza di prenotazioni successive. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno.
La pulizia è risultata un po' superficiale. In casa mancano le tazze da colazione e la cosa era già stata fatta notare in una precedente recensione, quindi si poteva rimediare.

Bene ma non benissimo
L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato. È pulito e spazioso. Il divano letto è comodo. Anche il parcheggio è libero e di solito si trova sempre un posto auto. La zona è tranquilla e si dorme sereni.
Mancano alcune cose davvero importanti per essere un appartamento come uno stendino ,alcune tazze da colazione e la moka da caffè. È un po' lontano dal centro di Pietra e non ci sono molti servizi nelle immediate vicinanze.

Weekend parfait et ressourçant !
L'emplacement est idéal ! Et l'appartement est très agréable ! Mes filles (3 et 6 ans) étaient enchantées, une maison de vacances magique selon elles ! Et moi je suis ravie, j'ai pu profiter de quelques jours tranquillement avec tout sous la main ! Balade a pied le long de la mer, visite de pietra ligure et Loane a pied! Glace faite maison dans un glacier a l'entrée de Pietra, des voisins très agréables ! Et en plus la voiture n'a pas bougé d'un centimètre du week-end ! Une maman aux anges ! PS : j'allais oublier l'essentiel ! La mer est juste de l'autre côté de la route!!!! C'est parfait pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âges !

L'appartamento era molto bello e pulito,il check-in facile,veloce e in completa autonomia,a due passi dal mare e dal centro, si trova alla fine di Pietra Ligure,al confine con Loano, molti supermercati nelle vicinanze, silenzioso,pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort, Letto matrimoniale comodo,bagno finestrato con doccia grande,un bellissimo balcone circonda l'alloggio,parcheggio privato gratuito all'interno del complesso condominiale, Lost è stato molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità,mi sono sentita come a casa.. rapporto qualità prezzo ottima!!ci tornerò sicuramente.
