OD Tower II #3 Amazing ocean view condo pool

The location was excellent and the air conditioning worked very well. The condo was very close to the ocean, places to eat, and groceries.

Not sure where to begin. The condo was not clean and it was impossible to get in and out of the patio because the sliding door needs repair. It is in desperate need of maintenance and we could tell that only the bare minimum was done. The trim work for the floor was never completed so there was a gap around the perimeter. We found uncooked spaghetti in this gap. The walls and floors were dirty and the vents were full of dust. The headboard was not attached to the bed and the bottom box spring cover was filthy. This place could also use a new mattress. On the last night of our stay, we saw a roach in the kitchen. Thank goodness we saw it on the last night because we wouldn't have been able to stay here. The best thing about this place was the air conditioning and the view. We weren't expecting 5 stars, but we also weren't expecting unit that was not cleaned or maintained properly.
