Location was great. We loved the kitchen, especially for a large group (two families). Lots of space for gathering and the bedrooms downstairs were especially comfortable.

The bathrooms ended up being slightly inconvenient. The one downstairs is in one of the bedrooms, so it made sense to have one family exclusively downstairs and one upstairs, even though we would've liked to split up the rooms downstairs so that both families could have a king sized bed. The bathroom for the upstairs is just off the dining room, which worked for us since we were familiar enough with the other family. One of the bedrooms upstairs has only a half wall, so while there was privacy, kids staying there could hear everything in the house if they went to bed before the adults. The listing also included a hot tub, but that just referred to the large bath in the downstairs bedroom.
