L’appartement était propre, assez neuf, entièrement fourni en Ikea. Avec lave vaisselle et lave linge.
Pas de rideaux, de simples stores blancs. Le soleil tappe sur les vitres a 6h du matin, il fait grand jour, impossible de dormir. Le quartier est très bruyant même un dimanche et un lundi soir, et le simple vitrage laisse passer tout le bruit de la rue et du pub d’en bas.
