Pésimo room service las 4 veces que pedimos todo llegaba mal y para corregirlo tardaban 40 min

Staff, hotel, room service, and food are excellent. Super nice, accommodating people. The rooms are beautiful; every amenity was thoughtfully produced. All rooms have views except the first 2 floors. The property is new, clean, and beautiful.

Drinks are weak, spa is super expensive and you can only use the hydrotherapy circuit for an hour with a spa escort for $80/per person. They will try to sell you a membership upon arrival and those folks have a separate pool/beach area for "Hall of Famers", it's dumb. A "host" is matched with each guest and they have to make your dinner reservations and answer your questions. You have to be in communication with them the whole time. No good activities. Tequila tasting and cooking demos were advertised, but only saw bean bags and plastic darts and a pool workout. DJ plays loud thumping music from 10-3pm and the Hard Rock Hotel is next door-can be loud at night! For the price, we thought it was too expensive.
